The 5370P is a 41mm platinum rattrapante with a black grand feu enamel dial and an impressively contoured case. Patek's 5320G is an historically inspired perpetual calendar with a cream-colored lacquer dial, syringe hands, Arabic numerals, and a stylish 40mm white gold case inspired by the vintage Patek Philippe reference 2405.
