Rolex Explorer II (22:11)
Marking 50 years of the Rolex Explorer II, this one is the “birthday boy” of the brand’s latest release. This model boasts slimmer lugs that give it that modern Sub treatment, and it remains proportional, even for those who want a bigger, more robust sports watch.
Rolex Explorer 36mm (6:11)
True to the traditional size of this model, Rolex released a new two-toned iteration that shocked some collectors. Like the two-toned Sea Dweller of several years ago, this piece is intended for a specific market and will probably sell well, according to Tim’s predictions. Because of its size, it could also be a unisex sports watch that makes female collectors jump, but only time will tell.
Rolex Datejust Palm Dials (1:20)
Equipped with a palm tree motif, a selection of new Rolex Datejust models feature a renewed interest in dial detail. Additionally, new models are also available in blue or gold scalloped dials that strike a cord with collectors who love unique styles.
Rolex Daytona meteorite dials (13:22)
Probably the “sex bomb” of the newest catalog, the Rolex Daytona with a meteorite dial is an instant favorite. The interesting textures, lights and darks, as well as the ceramic white gold case and Oysterflex strap is a knock out of the park. It’s also available in yellow gold and rose gold iterations that do slightly change the color of the dial, but still gorgeous nonetheless.
